Hi! Couple weeks ago I came across with a new Finnish beauty webstore called Koreina. They sell brands like FLOW cosmetics, Real Techniques, Milani, beautyblender and Mádara. And the thing that I was the most excited for was that they were just launching, first in Finland, Ofra cosmetics!

I have looked Ofra’s website so many times and complained about the fact that you can’t buy Ofra cosmetics from Finland. Well guess what? Now you can! Koreina.com is the first place you can buy Ofra in Finland and I have to say FINALLY. The products have got a lot of hype in USA and Koreina’s team said these are definitely worth of the hype! So let’s see, if they are! I also got a discount code for you guys and that is in the end of this post :) So I got to choose three Ofra products and then I also got one other product I wanted. So let’s get into the products! :)

Moikka! Pari viikkoa sitten törmäsin uudehkoon suomalaiseen verkkokauppaan nimeltä Koreina. He myyvät esimerkiksi merkkejä, kuten FLOW cosmetics, Real Techniques, Milani, beautyblender ja Mádara. Etusivulta huomasin kuitenkin vielä enemmän mua innostavan asian. Verkkokauppaan oli tulossa ensimmäisenä Suomessa myyntiin syys-lokakuun vaihteessa Ofra cosmetics!

Olen niin monet kerrat kuikuillut Ofran jenkkisivuja ja huokaillut miksi näitä ei saa suomesta. No arvatkaas mitä? Nyt niitä vihdoin saa! Koreina.com on tosiaan ensimmäinen paikka josta Ofran tuotteita saa Suomesta ja mun täytyy kyllä sanoa, että VIHDOIN. I have wanted to test out one of my favorite Youtuber’s Mannymua’s liquid lipstick collaboration with Ofra. When I saw that Koreina had these collaboration lipsticks not only with Mannymua, but also with Kathleen Lights I was shocked! I looked at the colors of their collaborations and chose the ones I knew I would wear. So I chose Mannymua’s colors Aries and Charmed from Ofra.

Olen halunnut jo pitkään testata yhden mun lemppari Youtubettajan Mannymuan yhteistyössä Ofran kanssa tekemiä mattahuulipunia. Kun näin, että Koreinalla oli, ei vain Ofran ja Mannymuan, vaan myös Ofran ja Kathleen Lightsin punia olin super innoissani! Katsoin noiden viiden yhteistyön tuloksena luodun punan värejä ja valitsin ne kaksi joille tiesin tulevan käyttöä. Joten valitsin Mannymuan Ofralle luomat sävyt Aries ja Charmed.

This is how Aries looks on me. This was more orange toned that I thought it would, but it’s still a gorgeous color!

Tältä Aries näyttää huulillani. Sävy oli enemmän oranssiin taittava, kuin kuvittelin sen olevan, mutta väri on silti upea!

Charmed! So beautiful autumn color :) I have to test out the formula more to give you a review, but the colors are amazing!

Charmed! Niin kaunis syksyinen sävy :) Mun täytyy testata näiden koostumusta ja pysyvyyttä vielä paremmin arvioidakseni näitä teille, mutta värit ovat super kauniita!

The third thing I chose was Ofra’s Beverly Hills highlighter! This has got a lot of hype among Youtubers and I can understand why. Some of these are little bit powdery, but every single one still looks gorgeous. I can’t wait to use these as highlighters and as eyeshadows. The darkest bronze shade is more blinding than the others, but sadly it’s too dark for me. BUT as an eyeshadow? I think this will be gorgeous. Pictures don’t give justice for these highlighters! Not even close. But I will keep you updated on these in here and before that in my snapchat (lookbymari) :)

Kolmas tuote, jonka valitsin Ofralta oli heidän Beverly Hills highlighter! Tämä on saanut youtubettajien keskuudessa paljon hypetystä ja ymmärrän kyllä miksi. Jotkut sävyt ovat toisia puuterimaisempia, mutta silti jokainen näyttää upealta. En malta jo päästä testaamaan näitä kaikkia niin korostussävyinä poskipäillä kuin luomiväreinä. Tummin sävyistä on muita häikäisevämpi kiilloltaan, mutta harmi vain se on liian tumma mulle. MUTTA entäs luomivärinä? Kyllä kiitos. Kuvat eivät anna yhdellekkään näistä korostusväreistä oikeutta! Ei edes lähellekkään. Mutta pidän teidät ajantasalla mielipiteistäni niin täällä, kuin ennen sitä snapchatissäni (lookbymari) :)

I have also wanted to test Makeup Eraser, because I have thought that, if it works it could be great travel body :) And I got to test it too.

Olen jo pitkään halunnut testata myös Makeup Eraser liinaa, koska jos se olisi toimiva käytössä, olisi se mahtava matkustus kaveri :) Ja sain sen myös testattavaksi.

This feels so SOFT! I can’t even handle how soft this is.

Tämä tuntuu niin PEHMEÄLTÄ! En kestä kuinka pehmeä tämä onkaan.

Wash, wet, erase your makeup and wash again. Sounds easy!

Pese pesukoneessa, kastele, pyyhi meikit pois ja pese saippualla tai koneessa. Kuullostaa helpolta!

Little bird also told me that Koreina is going to expand their selection of Ofra’s products within a month or so. They are going to have gel eyeliners and some brow products added to their selection. HALLOWEEN – GALAXY MAKEUP TUTORIAL

The first Halloween tutorial in 2016! I wanted to do something fun and beautiful, so I ended up creating galaxy makeup look. Don’t worry, I have creepy Halloween looks coming later, but I wanted to start with something beautiful <3 I made a mini tutorial for you in pictures on this look, so let’s get started!

Vuoden 2016 ensimmäinen halloween tutoriaali! Halusin tehdä ensimmäisenä lookkina jotain hauskaa ja kaunista, joten päädyin tekemään galaksi meikin. Älkää olko huolissanne, kammottavammat Halloween meikkilookit ovat tulossa myöhemmin, mutta halusin vain aloittaa jollain kevyellä ja kauniilla <3 Tein teille tästä meikistä askel-askeleelta tutoriaalin kuvien muodossa, joten aloitetaanpas sitten!

First I started by doing my normal base makeup: primer, foundation, concealer and powder to set everything in place. All the products I use in this look are listed in the end of this post! So check that out, if you’re interested what precise products I used.

Aloitin tekemällä normaalin pohjameikin: pohjustusvoide, meikkivoide, peiteaine ja lopuksi kiinnitin kaiken vielä paikalleen puuterilla. Kaikki tässä meikissä käyttämäni tuotteet ovat listattuna postauksen lopussa! Joten kurkkaa sieltä, jos olet kiinnostunut siitä mitä tuotteita mä tässä käytin.

Then I started to create the shape of the galaxy and the colors in it. I did this from my forehead towards my left ear. I also did the colors one by one, because if you do the blue color all over and then try to do the other colors on top of it, you can’t get the pink and the lilac so radiant. So put every color straight into your skin one by one, without any base color underneath.

Sitten aloin hahmottelemaan galaksin muotoa ja sen värejä paikalleen. Aloitin otsastani ja työskentelin siitä alaspäin kohti vasenta korvaani. Vaihtelin väriä ja sivellintä aina välillä alaspäin mennessäni. Sinistä ei kannata galaksin muotoa hahmotellessa laittaa koko galaksin pohjaksi, koska silloin et enään saa pinkkiä ja violettia niin kirkkaan värisiksi ja erottuviksi. Älä siis yritä laittaa sinistä pohjalle ja toista väriä siihen päälle, vaan teen värit yksi kerrallaan suoraan ihollesi, ilman pohjaväriä.

Then intensify the colors by using Mac’s Fix+ spray or wetted brush with more of those same colors in the same places.

Vahvista sävyjä käyttäen samoja värejä samoihin kohtiin Macin Fix+ suihkeen kanssa tai levittämällä lisää pigmenttiä hieman kostutetulla siveltimellä. Lisää samoja sävyjä edellisten, jo laittamiesi sävyjen päälle.

Fade out the edges with the colors next to it. Blend, blend and blend!

Häivytä reunoja samoilla sävyillä, joita reunan siinä kohtaa jo on. Häivytä, häivytä ja häivytä!

Add stars and dots with white eyeliner or with white face paint. Create a messy “line” with the stars and the dots.

Lisää värien päälle tähtiä ja pisteitä valkoisella nestemäisellä rajausvärillä tai valkoisella kasvomaalilla. Luo epäsymmetrinen ”linja” tähdillä ja pisteillä.

Add black eyeshadow around the eyes and slightly smoky it out. Avoid doing “the panda eyes” by smoking the black too far. Also if you like, add false lashes.

Levitä mustaa luomiväriä silmien ympärille ja kevyesti häivytä sävyä ulospäin. Vältä tekemästä ”pandan silmiä” häivyttämällä mustaa liian kauas silmistä. Ja jos haluat, voit myös lisätä tekoripset.

Create another galaxy from the lips down to the neck. Do the same steps as you did in the other galaxy on the face.

Tee toinen galaksi alkaen huulista ja mennen pitkin kaulaa. Toista samat vaiheet kuin kasvoihin tehdyn galaksin kanssa.

Spray makeup setting spray on top of everything, if you want this to last thought dancing and parting :) Just do your hair like you want it to be and you’re ready! I would pair this up with ocean blue top/shirt and with black jeans. Or with blueish dress. This is really easy look to do. You just have to be patient with the blending and blend out some more :p

Suihkuta kauttaaltaan kasvojen ja kaulan päälle vielä meikin kiinnityssuihketta, jos haluat meikin kestävän biletyksen ja tanssimisen :) Sitten vielä hiusten laitto ja kaikki on valmista! Itse pukisin tämän meikin kanssa merensinisen topin/paidan ja mustat farkut tai jonkun hienon sinisävyisen mekon. Tämä meikki on kyllä erittäin helppo tehdä (vaikka se ei aluksi siltä näyttänytkään). Häivytys vaatii vain hermoja ja vielä lisää häivytystä :p

BEAUTY FAVORITES – SEPTEMBER 2016

Hello! It’s time for beauty favorites :) This time I have couple of makeup products, two hair products, some nail stuff and one accessorize! So let’s go.

Heissan! On kuukauden suosikkien aika :) Tällä kertaa mukana on pari meikkituotetta, kaksi hiustuotetta, muutamat kynsijutut ja yksi asustekkin eksyi postaukseen mukaan! Joten hypätääs sitten niihin tuotteisiin.

The first favorites of mine this month are these three Makeup Geek’s eyeshadows. Top one is called Anarcy, in the middle these is a shade called Cocoa Bear and the bottom one is called Bitten. Like all the Makeup Geek eyeshadows I own, these have amazing pigment and they are easy to blend. And look at those gorgeous autumn shades! I have use these nonstop :)

Kuukauden ensimmäiset suosikit ovat nämä kolme Makeup Geekin luomiväriä. Ylimmäinen on nimeltään Anarcy, keskimmäinen on Cocoa Bear ja alin tunnetaan nimellä Bitten. Kuten kaikki omistamani Makeup Geekin luomivärit, ovat nämäkin pigmenttisiä ja helppoja häivyttää. Ja katsokaa nyt noita täydellisiä syksysävyjä! Olen käyttänyt näitä jatkuvasti :)

Two of my new favorite hair products. Lush’s Jason and the Argan oil solid shampoo and The Plumps solid conditioner. I bought the shampoo on 14th of August and look how much is still left! These together make my hair so soft and shiny (in a healthy looking way). I wrote more about this solid shampoo in here and I got the conditioner from the Porimiitti in June. My absolute favorites when washing my hair. I don’t think I can go back to “regular” bottle shampoos after using these fabulous solid hair products. These even smell amazing <3

Kaksi uutta hiustuote lempparia. Lushin Jason and the Argan oil kiinteä shampoo ja The Plumps kiinteä hoitoaine. Ostin tuon shampoon 14. elokuuta ja katsokaa nyt kuinka paljon sitä on vieläkin jäljellä! Nämä kaksi yhdessä tekevät hiuksistani niin pehmeät ja terveen kiiltävän näköiset. Kirjoitin tuosta shampoosta lisää täällä ja hoitoaine oli esittelyssä Porimiitin lahjakassi esittely postauksessa kesäkuussa. Mun ehdottomat lempparit hiusten pesuun. En usko, että pystyn näiden käytön jälkeen enään vaihtamaan ”tavallisiin” pulloshampoisiin, koska nämä kiinteät tuotteet ovat vieneet sydämeni. Nämä jopa tuoksuvat syötävän hyviltä <3

Isadora’s Inliner kajal in the shade 56 Blonde. I got this from September’s Livbox and I have been using this a lot in September. This stays better on my waterline than Nyx’s nude wonder pencil. And it looks brighter too. Next time I see Isadora’s display, I have to check if the black one is as pigmented and long lasting as this nude one! Hopefully, because I really need a good black pencil to put on my waterline. I haven’t found a good one yet :( But this nude is amazing!

Isadoran Inliner kajal sävyssä 56 Blonde. Sain tämän ostamastani syyskuun Livboxista ja olen käyttänyt tätä aina siitä lähtien. Tämä pysyy silmän sisärajauksessa paremmin kuin Nyxin nude wonder pencil kynä. Ja Isadoran rajaus näyttää myös kirkkaamman nudelta. Seuraavaksi kun näen Isadoran meikkiständin, mun täytyy kurkata saman linjan musta rajauskynä. Jospa se olisi yhtä pigmenttinen ja pitkäkestoinen, kuin tämä nude! Toivottavasti, koska mä kovasti kaipailisin hyvää mustaa rajauskynää. En ole vieläkään löytänyt kunnollista :( Mutta tämä nude on kyllä mahtava!

Rimmel’s Super Gel nail polishes! I bought these, because I wanted a nail polish, which would last longer than the Rimmel’s regular ones (that I LOVE). I didn’t hear no one talking about these. Our near store had -50% off on these (and these have just got to the market), so of course I had to test some of them out. I bought the same shades I love from Rimmel’s regular line and those are called 021 New Romantic and 022 Angel Wing. I also picked up that little bit darker pink, which is called 032 Cocktail Passion. These are amazing! :) I have only used these with the line’s Super Gel topcoat, so I don’t know, if they work without it or with other gel top coats. But together they work perfectly. Normally I have to fix my nail polish after every 4-6 days, but with these I only have to fix my nails every 10-16 days. Thought, because these last so long, I prefer to do my nails completely over and not to fix them between. So definitely check these out, if you love nail polishes!

Rimmelin Super Gel kynsilakat! Ostin nämä testiin, koska a. tarvitsin pidempi kestoisia lakkoja, b. en ollut kuullut kenenkään puhuvan näistä ja c. koska nämä olivat -50% alennuksessa. Rakastan Rimmelin normaalin sarjan kynsilakkoja ja kun näin, että mun lempisävyjä löytyi myös Super Gel muodossa nappasin niistä sävyt 021 New Romantic sekä 022 Angel Wing. Lisäksi mukaan lähti Super Gel sarjan päällyslakka ja uusi tuttavuus, sävy 032 Cocktail Passion. Nämä ovat älyttömän hyviä kynsilakkoja! :) Olen testannut näitä vain tuon Super Gel päällyslakan kanssa ja sen kanssa nämä värisävyt toimivat kuin unelma. Normaalia kynsilakkaa mun täytyy korjailla 4-6 päivän välein, mutta näitä vain 10-16 päivän välein. Siksi mieluummin teenkin näillä suoraan vain uudet kynnet, kun alkaisin vanhoja korjailemaan. Joten jos olet kynsilakkojen ystävä, suosittelen kurkkaamaan nämä kynsilakat!

And lastly, but definitely not the last I have been loving my new handbag! In September I have watched two great tv-series called The Carrie Diaries and Falling Skies. The Carrie Diaries tells about Carrie Bradshaw (the character in “Sex and the City”), when she was in high school. Good teen drama and a sneak peek to fashion industry. Falling skies is totally different kind of series and it tells about aliens attacking the earth. Good series :) Musically I have been loving girl and women power, so the month has been all about Fifth Harmony, Ariana Grande and Beyoncé! Especially Fifth Harmony – That’s my Girl and Ariana Grande’s Dangerous women and Side to Side!

Syyskuussa tuli katsottua myös muutama hyvä tv-sarja. The Carrie Diaries ja Falling Skies. The Carrie Diaries kertoo Carrie Bradshawin (hahmo “Sinkkuelämää” sarjassa) high school aikaisesta elämästä. Hyvää teinidraamaa ja kurkistus muotimaailmaan. Falling Skies oli taas aivan toisenlainen sarja, joka kertoi avaruusolentojen hyökkäyksestä maahan. Hyviä sarjoja! Musiikin puolesta olen syyskuussa rakastanut naisvoimaa eli Fifth Harmonya, Ariana Grandea ja Beyoncéa! Etenkin Fifth Harmonyn That’s my Girl biisi sekä Arina Granden Dangerous Women ja Side to Side kappaleet olivat kovassa soitossa!

SOFT BROWN CUT CREASE – MAKEUP LOOK

The first step-by-step tutorial on my blog ever on the picture below! I wanted to try this, so that you could re-create my eye makeup looks easier. Let me know your thoughts! :)

Base – The first thing you always want to do, when you need your eye makeup to last is to prime your eyelids and set that primer in place with powder or with eyeshadow that is close to your own skin color. If you don’t have an eyeshadow primer, you can always use a concealer instead. Just remember to always set it first! I used L.A. Girl pro.conceal concealer in the shade Natural as an “eyeshadow primer” and settled that with Maybelline’s Matte Maker mattifying powder in the shade 10 Classic Ivory.

Brown – First I used Urban Decay Naked 2 palette’s “Tease” to add a touch of brown to my crease. After that I deepened the brown color with Isadora’s dark brown shade. Only using it on the bottom of the crease and softly fading it up fords.

Vanilla – I added “Foxy” from Naked 2 palette to the lids, under the browns. The line between Foxy and the brown shades should be sharp and you shouldn’t fade those colors together.

Eyeshadow liner – Then I used Blackout also from the Naked 2 palette to create an eyeshadow liner. I used a tiny angled brush to make the liner thin.

Mascara – Then some Maybelline’s Lash sensational mascara.

False eyelashes – And some Morphe brushes #213 Black false eyelashes. After putting the false eyelashes on, I also added some more of that blackout eyeshadow to blacken up that lash line.

And the eye makeup is done!

Blogi historiani ensimmäinen askel-askeleelta tutoriaali! Halusin kokeilla tämän tyyppistä lähestymistapaa joihinkin silmämeikkeihin, jotta teidän olisi helpompi toteuttaa teitä inspiroivat silmämeikit myös itsellenne. Kertokaahan mitä mieltä olette tämän tyyppisestä meikkilookki postauksesta kommenteissa :)

Base eli pohjustus – Ensimmäinen vaihe, joka kannattaa tehdä aina, jos haluat silmämeikkisi kestävän, on pohjustaa silmäluomesi ja kiinnittää pohjustus puuterilla tai omaa ihonväriäsi lähellä olevalla luomivärillä. Jos et omista luomivärin pohjustustuotetta eli eyeshadow primeria, voit aina käyttää sen tilalla peiteainetta, kunhan muistat vain aina kiinnittää sen puuterilla tai vaalealla luomivärillä ennen silmämeikin aloittamista. Itse käytin tässä ”luomivärin pohjustajana” L.A. Girl pro.conceal peiteainetta sävyssä Natural ja kiinnitin sen Maybellinin Matte Maker mattifying powder puuterilla sävyssä 10 Classic Ivory.

Brown eli ruskea – Ensimmäisenä käytin Urban Decay Naked 2 paletin ”Tease” sävyä lisätäkseni syvyyttä silmieni luomen taitoskohtaan eli crease – alueelle. Sitten lisäsin Isadoran tummempaa ruskeaa vain aivan taitoskohtaan häivyttäen sitä kevyesti ylöspäin.

Vanilla – Sitten lisäsin noiden ruskeiden sävyjen alle liikkuvalle luomelle Naked 2 paletin ”Foxy” sävyä. Foxyn ja ruskeiden sävyjen rajan tulee olla terävä ja niitä ei tule häivyttää toisiinsa.

Eyeshadow liner eli luomivärirajaus – Lopuksi käytin vielä sen samaisen Naked 2 paletin ”Blackout” sävyä luomivärirajauksen tekoon ripsien ylärajaan. Käytin pientä vinoa rajaussivellintä tehdäkseni ohuen rajauksen.

Mascara eli ripsiväri – Sitten ripsiin vielä Maybellinen Lash sensational ripsiväriä.

Hello! So little bit different makeup look this time with eye makeup tutorial included in it.
