Hello! Upgraded version of my favorite red&brown eye makeup :) I have been loving the combination of bh cosmetics x shaaanxo palette’s burned red color and Makeup Geek’s Bitten. So pretty combination that you can also see in this look on the out of corners of my lids :) I also finally bought my first Nyx’s Intense Butter Gloss in the shade “Tres leches”. So pretty color, right? :) I already bought a second one and I’m eagerly waiting for it! I think this is a start of my obsession toward Nyx’s lip glosses and lip products. If you have some favorite lip product and color from Nyx, let me know on the comments below what product it is :) And happy Mari’s day to all the Maris! Bye bye.

Moikka! Tässä olisi päivitetty versio mun lempi punainen&ruskea silmämeikistä :) Olen lähiaikoina täysin tykästänyt bh cosmetics x shaaanxo paletin poltetun punaisen sävyn ja Makeup Geekin Bitten sävyn yhdistelmään. Niin kaunis kombo, jota käytän juurikin tässä silmämeikissä luomieni ulkonurkissa :) Ostin myös ensimmäisen Nyxin Intense Butter Gloss huulikiillon värissä ”Tres leches”. Eikös olekin upea väri? :) Menin jo ostamaan samaisesta linjasta toisen värin ja odotan sitä jo malttamattomana! Veikkaan, että tästä alkaa pakkomielteeni Nyxin huulikiilloista ja yleisesti huulituotteista. Jos sulla on joku lemppari väri-tuote kombo Nyxin huulituotteista, niin kerro se ihmeessä mulle kommenteissa :) Ja hyvää Marin päivää kaikille Mareille! Moikka :)

SOFT SMOKY EYES – MAKEUP LOOK

Makeup look for work :) I was feeling like doing a smoky eyes, but it had to be proper for work too. So I used just a little bit of dark brown on the out of corners and lots of lighter colors to make this more suitable for daytime use. Btw it has been so much fun to do “full glam” makeups for work, because it is suitable for the work I do. And that’s how I can do more makeup looks for here too, because I use makeup more often now :) Me and this blog says JEJ, but my skin screams NOOOO! :p I have been having some issues with my skin lately, but hopefully it’s just something I use and not the amount of makeup I wear. Meikkilookkia töihin :) Mulla oli sellainen sumusilmät fiilis pari päivää sitten ja halusinkin vääntää sellaista meikkiä sitten töihin sopivaksi. Käytin vain vähän tumman ruskeaa ulkonurkkaan ja paljon vaaleaa glitteri luomiväriä lopulle luomelle tehdäkseni lookista enemmän soveltuvan päiväkäyttöön. Muuten, on ollut hauskaa kun työpaikallani on sallittua meikata kunnolla ja olen voinut joka päivä laittautua haluamallani tavalla! Ja sehän tarkoittaa myös enemmän meikkilookkeja tänne, koska meikkaan nykyään normaalia enemmän :) Minä ja blogi sanoo JEJ, mutta ihoni huutaa EIIIIIII! :p Lähiaikoina mulla onkin ollut ongelmia ihoni ”kukkimisen” kanssa, mutta toivottavasti se on vain jotain mitä käytän iholleni, eikä käyttämäni meikin määrä. Toivottavasti :) Kuvissa käyttämäni meikkituotteet löytyvät tunnettuun tapaan alempaa ja moikka taas seuraavaan kertaan asti :) – Mari

SEPHORA HAUL MAY 2016

Sephora haul! Here is all the stuff I bought from Stockholm’s Sephora couple weeks ago. Because of my new job and moving, I haven’t got the chance to test these a lot. But I’m so excited about these and I’m testing these whenever I have the chance to use them. I will stop babbling now and let’s get into the products! :)

Sephora ostokset! Nyt olisi esittely vuorossa Tukholman Sephorasta ostamani meikit parin viikon takaa. Uuden työni ja muuttamisen vuoksi en ole ehtinyt näitä hirveästi testailemaan, mutta aina kun mulla on siihen tilaisuus ja varsinkin aikaa, testaan näitä aina uudelleen ja uudelleen. Lopetan nyt ylimääräisestä höpöttämisen ja kurkataas sitten niitä tuotteita! :)

Kat von D lock it foundation. I wanted to buy two foundations, but Too Faced – Born this way foundation was sold out, so I talked with the seller and chose to buy this. This is REALLY thick and full coverage foundation that is great for oily skin. Hopefully it works on my oily skin too :) Foundation that was on my shopping list and what I manage to get was Marc Jacobs re(marc)able foundation. Also a really full coverage foundation that is reviewed good for oily skin too on Youtube. Expensive, but hopefully worth of my pennies :)

Halusin ostaa Tukholman reissulta kaksi meikkivoidetta, joita ei saisi ostettua suomesta ja koska Too Faced Born this way meikkivoide oli loppu, päädyin myyjän suosituksesta ostamaan tämän. Tämä on TODELLA peittävää ja paksua meikkivoidetta, jonka pitäisi olla parhaimmillaan rasvaisella iholla. Toivottavasti tämä siis toimii myös mun todella rasvaisella iholla :) Shoppailu listallani ollut meikkivoide, jonka onnistuin saamaan oli Marc Jacobsin re(marc)able meikkivoide. Myös todella peittävä meikkivoide, joka on saanut Youtubessa paljon kehuja myös rasvaisella iholla. Kallis, mutta toivottavasti myös jokaisen pennini arvoinen :)

Too Faced Milk chocolate bronzer. I have wanted to buy this for ages and now when I got the change to buy Too Faced’s products, this was on the top of my list (of course). Perfect natural bronzer for really fair people (like me :p).

Too Faced Milk chocolate bronzer eli ”maitosuklaa aurinkopuuteri”. Olen halunnut ostaa tämän jo todella kauan ja koska Tukholmassa mun oli mahdollisuus päästä käsiksi Too Faced tuotteisiin, oli tämä tietenkin listallani. Luonnollinen aurinkopuuteri todella vaaleaihoisille ihmisille (kuten mulle :p).

Kat von D Shade & Light contour palette. This was one of the most exciting things I got (ok they all are :D). Ultimate contour palette in buttery texture! I’m going to use these of course for contouring and highlighting under my eyes, but also as an eyeshadows.

Kat von D Shade & Light varjostuspaletti. Tämä oli yksi innostavimmista asioista, jonka ostin (okei ne kaikki ovat :D). Voimaisen helposti levittyvät varjostusvärit! Aion tietenkin käyttää näitä varjostukseen sekä korostukseen silmien alla, mutta myös luomiväreinä.

I got it, I got it! :) One thing I was nervous about was, if I would get Benefit’s Cheekathon palette or not. And I GOT IT! This palette contains full size Hoola, Dallas, Dandelion, Coralista and Rockateur. Worth of 145$ and it costs 58$ (I paid 68 euros for this).

Mä sain sen, mä sain sen! :) Asia josta olin kaikista huolissani oli se saisinko Benefitin Cheekathon paletin vai en. Ja mä sain sen! Tämä limited edition paletti sisältää Benefitin täyden kokoiset Hoola, Dallas, Dandelion, Coralista ja Rockateur sävyt. Arvoa tältä löytyy 145 dollaria ja Jenkeissä hinta on 58 dollaria. Euroina Tukholmasta tämä maksoi 68 euroa. Mutta viidestä täysi kokoisesta Benefit tuotteesta se ei ole paljon.

Kat von D everlasting liquid lipsticks in the shades Mother, Lolita and Berlin <3 Stockholm’s Sephora didn’t even sold most of the everlasting liquid lipstick colors, which shocked me. There were only 10 or so colors and that was all the colors they sold. Nothing was sold out, that was just their range of colors :( Thankfully I got three good colors anyway and maybe on next time there, I will buy classic red from the line. And these are literally everlasting lipsticks! :)

Kat von D everlasting liquid lipsticks eli nestemäiset huulipunat väreissä Mother, Lolita ja Berlin <3 Tukholman Sephorassa oli myynnissä vain noin 10 linjaan kuuluvaa sävyä. Järkyttävää. Mikään väri ei ollut loppuunmyyty, vaan nuo olivat Tukholman Sephoran valikoima :( Onneksi sain silti kolme erittäin hyvää sävyä ja ensi kerralla ostan sitten sen klassisen punaisen kyseiseltä linjalta. Ja nämä ovat kyllä kirjaimellisesti ikuisesti huulilla kestäviä huulipunia! :)
