Hi! Last nails I did :) This time I used pale pink nail polish and pink glitter. The contrast wasn’t so intense and I think these were little bit too basic for me. I just love crazy nails and leopard print :p What do you guys think?

Moikka! Viime kertaiset kynnet, jotka tein itselleni :) Tällä kertaa käytin todella vaaleaa vaaleanpunaista ja vaaleanpunaista glitteriä. Kontrasti ei ollut hirveän suurta niin kuin viime kerralla. Nämä olivat ehkä sittenkin omaan makuuni liian perus kynnet. Olenko vaan hullu? Rakastan vain hullun värikkäitä kynsiä ja leopardi kuviota :p Mitäs mieltä te olette?

Hello! I thought it would be fun to show some of my latest makeup shopping for the past months. I have tried to upgrade my makeup collection, because example a year ago I didn’t own much makeup and I didn’t even wore lipsticks. And of course, because I just have started to love makeup more and more. Like I have said before, I have started to buy good reviewed products and care less of the price tag. Of course I think and watch more reviews, because I want to know that my money will be well spend, because they will cost more. But I still want to rather spend more money and get excellent products than buy couple of cheaper makeup products and get average. So this is what I have bought! :)

Moikka! Ajattelin, että olisi kivaa kirjoittaa teille mun viime kuukausien meikkiostoksista. Olen yrittänyt päivittää ja parantaa mun meikkivarastoja, koska esimerkiksi vielä vuosi sitten en käyttänyt meikkiä niin intensiivisesti ja en myöskään käyttänyt huulipunia. Ja tietenkin, koska olen alkanut vaan rakastamaan enemmän ja enemmän meikkaamista ja meikkejä. Ja kuten olen aikaisemminkin maininnut, olen alkanut panostamaan kalliimpiin erinomaisia arviointeja saaneisiin tuotteisiin. Näiden kohdalla tietenkin mietin asiaa ja tutkin tuotteita paljon enemmän, koska haluan tietää että käytän paljon rahaa ja se saa itselleen vastiketta. Mieluummin panostan yhteen erinomaiseen tuotteeseen, kuin muutamaan halvempaan keskitasoiseen tuotteeseen. Joten mennäämpäs sitten itse tuotteisiin! :)

Rimmel’s Stay Matte Primer. I bought this, because I have heard so much good about it. This was on sale for 6 euros. We will see if it works :)

Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation in the shade 1N1 Ivory Nude. I wrote about this in this post and it has treated me well. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to apply this, so if you have some suggestions let me know! Full coverage foundation for oily skin. Keeps my skin matte longer. Good buy :)

Maxfactor’s Pan stick foundation in the shade 12 true beige. Really raved product using as a concealer for spots. This was on sale at Sokos for six euros, so of course I had to buy it :p

Maxfactorin Pan stick meikkivoide värissä 12 True Beige. Suosittu tuote peittämään finnejä. Löysin tämän Sokokselta kuudella eurolla, joten olihan se ostettava :p

Maybelline’s gel liner in the shade 01 black. Jacklyn Hill always raves about this, so I had to buy it :) The BEST liner ever! It won’t smudge, gets through sweat and rain and applies like a dream. I bought this when I was on a student cruise (ship) and it costed 8.90 euros. Bargain!

Maybellinen geeli rajausväri värissä 01 black (musta). Jacklyn Hill puhuu tästä jatkuvasti, joten olihan se ostettava :) PARAS rajausväri ikinä! Ei leviä, tahraannu, kestää läpi hien ja sateen sekä levittyy kuin unelma. Ostin tämän opiskelija risteilyltä hintaan 8.90 euroa. Löytö!

Loreal’s Brow artist plumper (transparent). Also a raved product in Youtube, so I wanted to give this a go, because my Lumene’s eyebrow wax wasn’t enough for my crazy eyebrows :p This is so much better!

Lorealin Brow artist plumper väritön (kulmavaha). Myös todella suosittu tuote Youtubessa, joten olihan sitä testattava, koska Lumenen kulmavaha ei vaan ole tarpeeksi pitävä mun villeille kulmakarvoille :p Tämä on niin paljon parempi!

We Care Icon’s Magnetic lips perfect volume lip gloss in the shade 4 perfect fuchsia. I remembered of reading something about this in some blog and when I saw this on sale in Sokos, I bought it. I paid 3.50 euros for this. Perfect color, but I still like Rimmel’s Oh my glosses texture more. But I’m definitely going to use this. Such a pretty color and I used it in this pink smoky eye makeup look.

We Care Iconin Magnetic lips perfect volume huulikiilto värissä 4 Perfect Fushsia. Muistan lukeneeni tästä jostakin blogista ja kun näin tämän Sokoksella tarjouksessa, olihan se ostettava. Hintaa löytyi 3.50 euroa. Täydellinen raikas sävy, mutta tykkään kyllä siltikin Rimmelin Oh my glossien rakenteesta enemmän. Käytän tämän kyllä silti loppuun, koska tuo sävy nyt on vaan niin kaunis ja rakenne on kuitenkin ihan hyvä. Käytin tätä huulikiiltoa tässä pinkissä smoky eye meikkilookissa.

ON A BUDGET – MAKEUP LOOK

Makeup on a budget! The world is full of non-expensive makeup from amazing brands who just want to do makeup suitable for “on a budget” makeup lovers. These products’ range of quality is just as wide as any other drugstore or high-end makeup products’. You just have to find the brands and products suitable for you (as in any makeup). I wanted to do a makeup look with on a budget makeup products and here it is! Some of the products are really cheap, if you’re comparing them to a product that you can buy on a normal store or makeup store. I also did three different lip color options on this look, so if you want to recreate this look, you can see how different lip colors look with this makeup. And lets be real, who wouldn’t want to play with different lip colors :p I will do a huge product review post on most of these products next week, so you can see which ones I totally love and which ones I didn’t like and why :) In the end of this post you can read all the products I used and how much they cost.

Pienen budjetin meikkejä! Maailma on pulloillaan edullisia meikkejä merkeiltä, jotka haluavat tehdä hintatasoltaan edullisempia meikkejä jokaiseen budjettiin sopivaksi. Näiden meikkien laadun kirjo on yhtä laaja, kuin kaupasta ostettujen parin kympin tai kalliimpien merkkien meikeissä. Sieltä täytyy vaan löytää ne itselle sopivat merkit ja tuotteet (niin kuin kaikissa meikeissä). Halusin tehdä teille pienen budjetin meikkilookin ja tässä se nyt on! Osa näistä tuotteista onkin normaalista kaupasta ostettuihin meikkeihin verrattuna todella halpoja. Kuvasin tähän meikkilookkiin myös kolme eri huulipuna vaihtoehtoa, joten jos haluat uudelleen luoda tämän lookin itsellesi pystyt tästä näkemään miten eri väriset huulet muuttavat lookkia. Ja puhutaampas nyt totta, kukapa ei haluaisi vähän leikkiä eri huulipuna väreillä :p Ensiviikolla teen näistä tuotteista (suurimmasta osasta) suuren arviointi postauksen, jossa kerron mitkä näistä ovat nousseet lemppari tuotteikseni ja mistä en sitten niinkään tykännyt ja miksi :) Alempana on lista vielä kaikista käyttämistäni tuotteista ja siitä mitä ne maksavat.

SLEEK LIPSTICKS

Sleek Makeup’s True colour lipsticks in sheen texture. I bought three of these on Sleek Makeup website’s sale days late last year. These were at half price and I paid 3.24 euros each. If I would have known that these have a crazy pigmentation, I would have bought more colors :p True Colour lipsticks are well pigmented normal lipstick, which lasts longer with lip pencil or with lip gloss on top of them. I still normally use these on their own, but if I’m going to an event or something I normally use lip pencil or lip gloss too. I watched some shade swatches on Youtube and chose these three colors: Liqueur, Succumb and Loved Up. I took some lip and full face photos so you can properly see the colors :) Enjoy!

Sleek Makeupin True Colour kiiltohuulipunat (sheen). Ostin näitä kolmessa eri värissä Sleek Makeupin omien sivujen alennuspäiviltä viime vuoden lopulta. Hintaa löytyi silloin puolet normaalista eli 3.24 euroa/kappale. Jos vain olisin tiennyt, että näissä on niin hyvä pigmentti kuin niissä on, olisin ehdottomasti ostanut näitä useammassa värissä :p Eli koostumus on pigmenttistä ja puna kestää huulilla normaalin huulipunan tapaan kauemmin huultenrajauskynän kanssa tai huulikiillon kera. Käytän näitä normaalisti silti yksinään, mutta juhliin rajaan sitten huulet tai laitan huulikiiltoa päälle. Katsoin muutaman Youtube videon näiden väreistä ennen ostoa ja päädyin sitten lopuksi ostamaan seuraavat kolme sävyä: Liqueur, Succumb ja Loved Up. Otin teille niin lähikuvia huulista, kuin koko kasvokuvia, jotta näette värit kunnolla :) Nauttikaa!

Above shade Liqueur. This is a really sheen shiny nude color with a pink/peachy undertone. Nice change to a lip gloss, because this looks kinda like a lip gloss, but it feels like a lipstick. If you get where I’m going with this :p

Yllä oleva sävy on Liqueur. Sävy on todella kiiltävä ja kimalteinen nude pinkillä/persikkaisella pohjasävyllä. Tämä on kiva vaihtelu huulikiillolle, koska se näyttää yhtälailla kimaltavalta kuin huulikiilto, mutta tuntuu huulilla kuitenkin huulipunalta. Jos ymmärrät mitä ajan takaa :p

Above shade Succumb. This color is a brown with orange undertone. I love to use this with Nyx’s butter gloss in praline. The prettiest brown combo. This is the brown lipstick that started the want to get more brown lipsticks :) Below there is also two makeup look pictures with this lipstick.

Yllä oleva sävy on Succumb. Tämä sävy on ruskea oranssilla vivahteella. Rakastan yhdistää tämän praline sävyn Nyxin butter glossin kanssa. Kaunein ruskean yhdistelmä. Tämä on se ruskea huulipuna, joka aloitti mun ruskeiden huulipunien ostamisen halun :) Alla vielä muutama meikkilookki, jossa käytän tätä huulipunaa.

Above shade Loved Up, which is true hot pink. Shock treatment pink as I like to call it :p Nice color with neutral eyelooks.

Yllä sävy Loved Up, joka on todellinen hot pink. Shokkihoito pinkki niin kuin itse tykkään tätä sävyä kutsua :p Ihana puna neutraalien silmämeikkien kanssa.
