Hello! I was thinking what colored eye look should I do next, when my boyfriend said “do a light green look”. At first I was like naaah and thought green wouldn’t suite me or not atleast light green. But I thought I should challenge myself and do it anyway! Firstly I tried to do a light green halo eye with silver/white shimmer in the center, but it didn’t look good, so I put dark green over top the white shimmer to create a metallic dark green. And I love how this turned out! <3

What I have learned about makeup is that you don’t always succeed on the first time, but just keep changing and building the colors to make it look amazing :) It works for me atleast! This is how you get to know which colors works for you and which don’t! And in the end I absolutely loved this look and that’s the thing that matters the most. Moikka! Pähkäilin minkä sävyistä silmämeikkiä tekisin seuraavaksi, kun poikaystäväni sanoi että “tee vaalean vihreätä”. Ensiksi ajattelin naaah ja ettei vihreä sovi mulle tai ei ainakaan vaalean vihreä. Mutta ajattelin haastaa itseäni ja toteuttaa kuitenkin juuri sen vihreän lookin! Ensin yritin tehdä vihreää “halo eyes” tyyppistä silmämeikkiä vihreällä ja vaalealla/hopeisella kimaltavalla luomivärillä, mutta se näytti ihan hirveältä, joten laitoin tuon vaalean kimallevärin päälle tummanvihreää, jolloin sävystä tuli metallinen tummanvihreä. Ja oih että mä rakastin tätä lopullista silmämeikkiä! <3

Yksi seikka, jonka olen meikkaamisesta oppinut on se, että ensimmäisellä kerralla ei voi aina onnistua, mutta muuttamalla ja vahvistamalla sävyjä lookista tulee yleensä loppujen lopuksi hieno :) Tai mulla ainakin toimii tämä tekniikka! Näin opit mitkä sävyt toimivat yhteen ja mitkä sävyt toimivat sun kasvoilla ja sun silmille! Ja lopuksi sain tämänkin lookin muunnettua sellaiseksi, jota rakastin yli kaiken ja sehän meikkaamisessa on tärkeintä.
